More About Me

Romana Pfeil was born in Landstuhl, Germany, and has over 13 years of experience in business management and sales. Armed with a Bachelor equivalent in Retail Management, Romana built a strong foundation for her professional career. In 2015, she married and, in 2018, relocated to the United States to support her husband's military career. Her journey as an immigrant to the U.S. brought many new challenges, but Romana embraced each one with determination. In January 2023, she proudly became a U.S. citizen, a milestone in her ongoing personal and professional growth.

During her time in the U.S., Romana developed a passion for real estate while purchasing her own home. Navigating the complex VA loan process and becoming a real estate investor gave her firsthand insight into the hurdles that homebuyers face. This experience inspired her to help others, and she decided to become a licensed realtor through the National Association of Realtors.

Romana's mission extends beyond helping military families-she is dedicated to assisting individuals and families from all walks of life in their journey to homeownership. Her unique perspective as an immigrant and a military spouse gives her a deep understanding of the diverse challenges that people encounter when buying a home. She uses this experience to guide her clients through the complexities of the home-buying process with empathy, expertise, and dedication.

Romana's story is one of transformation-from an immigrant building a new life in the United States to becoming a real estate professional and U.S. citizen. Her commitment to helping others realize their dreams of homeownership is at the heart of her work, making her a trusted and compassionate advocate for her clients.
